Where are your products made and shipped from?

All Grootees products are proudly produced in partnership with our exclusive manufacturing facility based in the United States. This allows us to ensure top-tier quality control and faster turnaround times.

What materials are your garments made of?

We exclusively use high-quality Gildan® apparel, known for its durability, comfort, and consistent fit. Most of our T-shirts and sweatshirts are made from 100% ring-spun cotton or a cotton/polyester blend, depending on the specific product.

How long does production take?

Production time is extremely fast — we typically fulfill orders within 1 to 1.5 business days after the order is placed.

What are your shipping times?

• United States: 3–5 business days after production
• Canada & International: 5–10 business days after production

How do I wash and care for my Grootees apparel?

For best results, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Use cold water and mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve print
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Iron inside out if necessary — avoid ironing directly on the design
